أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّةِ مِنْ غَضَبِهِ وَعِقَابِهِ، وَمِنْ هَمَزَاتِ الشَّيَاطِينِ أَنْ يَحْضُرُونِ
Transliteration
A'udhu bikalimatil-lahit-tammati min ghadabihi wa 'iqabihi, wa min hamazatish-shayateeni ay-yahduroon
Translation
I seek refuge within the perfect words of Allah from His anger and punishment, and from the whispers of the devils lest they approach me.

Execute immediately before falling asleep to flush background mental static and prevent night paralysis states.
