اللَّهُمَّ إِلَيْكَ أَسْلَمْتُ نَفْسِي، وَإِلَيْكَ فَوَّضْتُ أَمْرِي، رَغْبَةً وَرَهْبَةً إِلَيْكَ
Transliteration
Allahumma ilayka aslamtu nafsee, wa ilayka fawwadtu amree, raghbatan wa rahbatan ilayka
Translation
O Allah, to You I submit my identity, and to You I commit my affairs, in absolute hope and deep reverence.
