اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ جَهْدِ الْبَلاَءِ، وَدَرَكِ الشَّقَاءِ، وَسُوءِ الْقَضَاءِ، وَشَمَاتَةِ الأَعْدَاءِ
Transliteration
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min jahdil-bala'i, wa darakish-shaqa'i, wa soo'il-qada'i, wa shamatatil-a'da'
Translation
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the difficulties of severe trials, from being overtaken by misery, from an evil decree, and from the malice of enemies.

Recite to shield yourself against sudden overwhelming disasters, extreme stress, and bad outcomes in complex affairs.
