اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ خَلِيلٍ مَاكِرٍ عَيْنُهُ تَرَانِي، وَقَلْبُهُ يَرْعَانِي، إِنْ رَأَى حَسَنَةً دَفَنَهَا، وَإِنْ رَأَى سَيِّئَةً أَذَاعَهَا
Transliteration
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min khaleelin makirin 'aynuhu taranee, wa qalbuhu yar'anee, in ra'a hasanatan dafanaha, wa in ra'a sayyi'atan adha'aha
Translation
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from a deceitful companion whose eyes watch me and whose heart tracks me—if he sees a good deed he buries it, and if he sees an error he broadcasts it.
