اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ النَّارِ وَعَذَابِ النَّارِ، وَفِتْنَةِ الْقَبْرِ وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ، وَشَرِّ فِتْنَةِ الْغِنَى، وَشَرِّ فِتْنَةِ الْفَقْرِ
Transliteration
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min fitnatin-nari wa 'adhabin-nar, wa fitnatil-qabri wa 'adhabil-qabr, wa sharri fitnatil-ghina, wa sharri fitnatil-faqr
Translation
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the trial of the Fire and its punishment, from the trial of the grave and its punishment, and from the evil trial of wealth, and the evil trial of poverty.
Context
Excellent for keeping a healthy, humble balance with financial pursuits—protecting against the arrogance of excess and the desperation of extreme poverty.
