اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ، وَالْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ، وَالْبُخْلِ وَالْجُبْنِ
Transliteration
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-hammi wal-hazan, wal-'ajzi wal-kasal, wal-bukhli wal-jubn
Translation
O Allah, I seek dynamic refuge in You from persistent internal anxiety and sorrow, from paralysis of capability and procrastination loops, and from resource hoarding and internal cowardice.
