اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ، وَالْجُبْنِ وَالْهَرَمِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ
Transliteration
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-'ajzi wal-kasal, wal-jubni wal-haram, wa a'udhu bika min 'adhabil-qabr, wa a'udhu bika min fitnatil-mahya wal-mamat
Translation
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from helplessness and laziness, cowardice and old age; I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, and from the trials of life and death.
Context
Highly recommended when struggling with procrastination, lack of motivation, fatigue, or general anxiety about aging.
