اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ صَاحِبِ غَفْلَةٍ وَمِنْ جَارِ سُوءٍ

Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min sahibi ghaflatin wa min jari soo'

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from a companion of negligence and from a toxic, harmful neighbor.
