أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ الْعَظِيمَ الَّذِي لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ
Transliteration
Astaghfirullahal-'Adheema-lladhee la ilaha illa Huwal-Hayyul-Qayyumu wa atoobu ilayh
Translation
I seek the forgiveness of Allah the Magnificent, whom there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer, and I turn to Him in repentance.
Context
The Prophet (ﷺ) noted that whoever states this will have their structural moral slips fully scrubbed clean, even if extensive.
