اللَّهُمَّ أَسْلَمْتُ نَفْسِي إِلَيْكَ، وَفَوَّضْتُ أَمْرِي إِلَيْكَ، وَأَلْجَأْتُ ظَهْرِي إِلَيْكَ، رَغْبَةً وَرَهْبَةً إِلَيْكَ، لاَ مَلْجَأَ وَلاَ مَنْجَا مِنْكَ إِلاَّ إِلَيْكَ، آمَنْتُ بِكِتَابِكَ الَّذِي أَنْزَلْتَ، وَبِنَبِيِّكَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلْتَ
Transliteration
Allahumma aslamtu nafsee ilayk, wa fawwadtu amree ilayk, wa alja'tu dhahree ilayk, raghbatan wa rahbatan ilayk. La malja'a wa la manja minka illa ilayk. Amantu bikitabikal-ladhee anzalt, wa binabiyyikal-ladhee arsalt
Translation
O Allah, I submit myself to You, entrust my affairs to You, and turn my back to You, in hope and fear of You. There is no refuge or escape from You except to You. I believe in Your Book which You have revealed and in Your Prophet whom You have sent.
Context
Recite right before falling asleep. The Prophet (ﷺ) said that if you pass away during the night after making this prayer, you die upon natural fitrah.
