Arabic
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ يَوْمِ السُّوءِ، وَمِنْ لَيْلَةِ السُّوءِ، وَمِنْ سَاعَةِ السُّوءِ، وَمِنْ صَاحِبِ السُّوءِ، وَمِنْ جَارِ السُّوءِ فِي دَارِ الْمُقَامَةِ
Transliteration
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min yawmis-soo'i, wa min laylatis-soo'i, wa min sa'atis-soo'i, wa min sahibis-soo'i, wa min jaris-soo'i fee daril-muqamah
Translation
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from an evil day, from an evil night, from an evil hour, from an evil companion, and from an evil neighbor in the place of permanent residence.

Recite in the morning to preemptively secure a clean, safe, and positive social, professional, and domestic environment.
