يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ بِرَحْمَتِكَ أَسْتَغِيثُ، أَصْلِحْ لِي شَأْنِي كُلَّهُ

Ya Hayyu Ya Qayyum bi-rahmatika astagheeth, aslih lee sha'nee kullahu

O Ever-Living, O Self-Sustaining, by Your mercy I call for rescue. Rectify for me all of my current affairs.
