اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ، وَالْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ

Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-hammi wal-hazan, wal-'ajzi wal-kasal
