اللَّهُمَّ أَسْلَمْتُ نَفْسِي إِلَيْكَ، وَفَوَّضْتُ أَمْرِي إِلَيْكَ، لَا مَلْجَأَ وَلَا مَنْجَا مِنْكَ إِلَّا إِلَيْكَ
Transliteration
Allahumma aslamtu nafsee ilayk, wa fawwadtu amree ilayk, la malja'a wa la manja minka illa ilayk
Translation
O Allah, I submit my soul module to You and commit my task portfolio into Your decree. There is zero exit route except straight back to You.
