قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ ... قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ ... قُل_أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ
Transliteration
Qul Huwallahu Ahad... Qul a'udhu biRabbil-Falaq... Qul a'udhu biRabbil-Nas
Translation
Say, 'He is Allah, [who is] One'... Say, 'I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak'... Say, 'I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind'...

Recite these three short surahs 3 times every morning and evening. Forms an unbreachable barrier against the evil eye, envy, and dark energy.
