اللَّهُمَّ أَسْلَمْتُ نَفْسِي إِلَيْكَ، وَفَوَّضْتُ أَمْرِي إِلَيْكَ، لَا مَلْجَأَ وَلَا مَنْجَا مِنْكَ إِلَّا إِلَيْكَ
Transliteration
Allahumma aslamtu nafsee ilayk, wa fawwadtu amree ilayk, la malja'a wa la manja minka illa ilayk
Translation
O Allah, I submit my soul to You and entrust my entire affair to You. There is no refuge or escape from You except to You.
