اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَارْحَمْنِي وَاجْبُرْنِي وَاهْدِنِي وَارْزُقْنِي
Transliteration
Allahum-maghfir lee war-hamnee, wa-jburnee, wa-hdinee, wa-rzuqnee

O Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, mend my shortcomings, guide me, and provide for me.
