بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الْكَبِيرِ، أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ الْعَظِيمِ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ عِرْقٍ نَعَّارٍ، وَمِنْ شَرِّ حَرِّ النَّارِ
Transliteration
Bismillahil-Kabeeri, a'udhu billahil-'Adheemi min sharri kulli 'irqin na'arin, wa min sharri harrin-nar
Translation
In the Name of Allah the Great; I seek refuge in Allah the Magnificent from the evil of every spurting blood vessel, and from the evil heat of the Fire.

Recite while running cold water over points of acute inflammation, high body temperatures, or intense muscular throbbing.
