بِسْمِ اللَّهِ (٣) أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ (٧)
Transliteration
Bismillahi (x3). A'udhu billahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa uhadhir (x7)
Translation
In the Name of Allah (3x). I seek refuge in Allah and His perfect power from the evil of what I physically experience and fear (7x).
Context
Place your hand firmly over the physical area of injury or inflammation. Recite Bismillah 3 times, then the second line 7 times.
