اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ وَالْجَهْلِ

Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-'ajzi wal-kasali wal-jahl
