اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَفْوَ وَالْعَافِيَةَ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ

Allahumma inni as'alukal-'afwa wal-'afiyah fid-dunya wal-akhirah
