اللَّهُمَّ عافِنِي فِي بَدَنِي، اللَّهُمَّ عافِنِي فِي سَمْعِي، اللَّهُمَّ عافِنِي فِي بَصَرِي، لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
Transliteration
Allahumma 'afinee fee badanee, Allahumma 'afinee fee sam'ee, Allahumma 'afinee fee basaree, la ilaha illa Ant
Translation
O Allah, maintain health in my body. O Allah, maintain health in my hearing. O Allah, maintain health in my sight. There is no deity worthy of worship except You.

Recite 3 times at sunset. Excellent defense for long-term health, focus, and keeping your core senses sharp against degradation.
